To correct for the vertical drift between reference frames, the velocity of the geoid height (VN) is now calculated and incorporated into the calculation of the orthometric height. View documentation to learn more.

Location

Accessible by passenger car or light truck and a walk of less than 50 m.

Keremeos from the junc of hwy #3a and hwy #3 in the town of keremeos (single flashing red light), drive w 6.7 km on hwy #3 to the sta on the s side of the hwy, 12 m from the c/l, 11.8 m w of bc tel box #4 and a hydro and telephone pole. Mkd by a br tab set in a boulder. An orange flat witness sign on a post was set 4.8 m away, at a mag brg of 140 deg to the sta.
